02 Labour & Employment Department The Motor Transport workers Act,1961 sub-section (1) of section 29, section 31 and section 32 Section 34A inserted vide Ministry of Home Affairs SO.3465(E) dated. 5-10-2020 on the recommendation of government of jammu and Kashmir which provides for compounding of offenses punishable under section 29, 31 and 32 of the Act.
03 Labour & Employment Department The Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 section 13 Section 13C inserted vide Ministry of Home Affairs SO.3465(E) dated. 5-10-2020 on the recommendation of which provides for compounding of offenses punishable under section 13 of the Act.
04 Labour & Employment Department The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 section 25Q, 25R, 25U,26,27,28,29,30A and sub-section(1) and (2) of section 31 Section 31A inserted vide Ministry of Home Affairs SO.3465(E) dated. 5-10-2020 on the recommendation of Government of Jammu and Kashmir which provides for compounding of offenses punishable under section 25Q, 25R,25U,26,27,28,29,30A and sub section (1) and (2) of section 31 of the Act of the Act.
05 Labour & Employment Department The Contract Labour(R&A) Act, 1970 ssub-section (1) and (2) of section 22 and section 24 Section 25A inserted vide Ministry of Home Affairs SO.3465(E) dated. 5-10-2020 on the recommendations of Government of Jammu and Kashmir which provides for compounding of offenses punishable under section 22 and 24 of the Act.
06 Labour & Employment Department The Building and other construction (RECS) Act, 1996 section 47, 48 and 49 Section 49A inserted vide Ministry of Home Affairs SO.3465(E) dated. 5-10-2020 on the recommendation of Government of jammu and Kashmir which provides for compounding of offenses punishable under section 47, 48 and 49 of the Act.
